As a part of the brand refresh, we created a fully branded stationary set for Zesty Paws so their mail communications reflected the fun and playful spirit of the company.
During 2020, ZestyPaws defied the odds and grew by leaning into their customers’ renewed closeness to their pets, and focusing on web and Amazon sales. As a part of the brand refresh regulatory refresh, and product launches a massive effort was made surrounding Amazon imagery and ads as well as review highlights.
Before my arrival, ZestyPaws was a purely dog supplement brand. Some of the many product launches belonged to their new cat supplement line. The first two to be launched were for mobility and immunity. Later releases included gut health and calming supplements.
Another set of launches belonged to the expansion and repackaging of the Hemp Elements and Orastix line which included mobility, skin health, calming, gut health, and immunity.
Other Hemp Elements product launches included jars of mobility, immunity, skin health, and multifunctional bites.
An all new line of CBD supplements called Hemp Elements Plus was also launched during this time. I worked closely with regulatory to successfully launch CBD supplements addressing Mobility, Calmness, Immunity, and Cognition.
As a part of the CBD line launch, ZestyPaws gave out influencer boxes. To explain the product, we included an accordion fold S-Paw Day brochure.
Although all sales were online during 2020, Zesty Paws was beginning to look ahead into brick-and-mortar. Partnering with PetSmart, we developed a counter display and a PDQ to begin the efforts.
At the end of the product launches, commercial videos were released going over some of the functional health benefits. These were created to show happy and healthy dogs interacting with their families using ZestyPaws products along with all the places online and in stores where they could be found.
